The Vilex Z100 Tray is designed for small bone surgery for hand and forefoot. It is the only screw system on the market that is customized to the needs of the hospital and the specialty of the surgeon. The tray can accommodate a number of screw inserts. The user has the option of ordering a broad range of screws from 2.0 to 4.0 mm, two counts of each size, or alternatively two or three threads sizes but with a multiple of each screw length.

This tray comes with the following instruments:
• Depth gauge
• Screwdrivers
• Countersink
• Drill bit (if appilcable)
• Guide wires.

NOTE: You can always substitute a Z105 tray for the Z100 tray if desired. The Z100 tray is rectangular in shape and accepts integrated instruments with built-in handle while the Z105 is square and utilizes only modular instruments.

The Z100 or Z105 holds the following screw inserts along with the corresponding screw sizes for each.

• SL1 – 2.0 to 3.0
• SL2 – 3.0 to 3.5
• SL3 – 3.5 to 4.0
• SL4 – 4.0 to 4.5
• SL5 – 2.0 to 2.5
• SL6 – 2.0 to 3.5
• SL6A – 2.0 to 3.5
• SL8 – 2.5 to 3.5
• SL10 – 2.0, 3.0 & 4.0
• SL13 – 3.0 to 4
• SL14 – 2.0 to 4

The Vilex Hospital Tray is designed for a conventional OR where orthopedic surgery is performed. The tray accepts two screw inserts and one tray for 6.5 mm screws.

The Hospital Tray comes with:
• 3 cannulated screw drivers for 2.0, 2.5-3.5, 4.5 & 6.5 mm screws
• 2 countersinks
• 2 drill bits
• 2 depth gauges
• 4 sizes of guide wires as needed.

The larger screws (6.5 - 9.0 mm) are packaged in modular trays allowing the user to order one size in multiple designs or multiple thread sizes.

Vilex offers the following 6.5 mm screws:
• Stainless lag with variable thread length,
• Stainless lag with fixed thread length,
• Titanium lag with variable thread length,
• Titanium dual thread with variable thread length, and
• Titanium dual thread with fixed thread length.

Similarly, the 8.0 mm screws come only as dual thread with two different thread lengths regular and short. The 9.0 mm screws come only as dual thread with one thread length.

In effect, there are 8 different sub-trays to choose from. Also, Vilex offers two large screw trays: one accommodates two sub-trays and the other three sub-trays.

Each Large-Screw Tray comes equipped with one or two screwdrivers, power drivers, countersinks, depth gauges, drill bits, and the necessary guide wires for the screws in the sub-trays.
